From the Mad Mike Collection! 
Something important to know about the Mad Mike Collection. Unless otherwise noted many of the replicas being offered from the Mad Mike Collection will be rated as MINT because that is just what they are. Again unless otherwise noted most have never been removed from the factory packaging they came in. Box condition will be part of our rating process as well. 
  Many images that will be used in our ads will be from our archives. With the numerous Milestone Development releases we will be listing a special thanks to Brian Gittings and the late Tom West from the Milestone Development Group for use of their factory images.  Milestone products in particular were very well packaged from the factory and removing the Funny Car bodies from their factory packaging is a chore when it comes to resecuring the body to its original packaging. Again unless otherwise noted the Milestone replicas you are going to see have never been removed from it's factory packaging. We prefer to leave it that way.

The 1987 Kenny Bernstein "BUDWEISER" Buick Reatta NHRA Funny Car 
 MINT
   Our first 2005 Milestone car was another truly historic car, the famous Kenny Bernstein Budweiser King of 1987. Built by Dale Armstrong as one of the most advanced aerodynamic exercises of the day, this body instantly dominated the class to become the World Champion. Tom West
 The Batmobile, the nickname given to the Budweiser-sponsored Buick Reatta that Bernstein drove to an NHRA championship in 1987, was a project the King of Speed paid for dearly.
“It was all Dale’s idea, which of course I was for it, because if it made us be more successful and win, sure. Why not?” Bernstein recalled. “So Dale tells me he wants to build his own body and it will resemble a Buick Reatta. And he says, ‘And we got to start from scratch and it’s going to cost about $300,000 to do this.”
 
  The Milestone Development Group produced these amazing 1/16th scale products that are second to none when it comes to obviously scale size and detail. Their amazing products are unfortunately no longer in production. We enjoyed the ride as Milestone's number #1 retail dealer for many years and it wasn't even close. Luckily they do come up every once in awhile for sale like this spectacular release we are offering here.
